How Atrium works

Commerce software for independent Indian brands

Atrium gives each brand its own online store and one dashboard to run it: products, orders, stock, shipping and GST. Every store runs on the same Atrium platform, and brands pay a monthly subscription.

Where Atrium is today: Atrium is invite-only and in development. Brand sign-up, store creation and the merchant dashboard run in production, and we test them on our own test store. Selling to shoppers (checkout and payments) is still being built, so no Atrium store takes orders yet.

What works today

Built and running in production, as of 19 October 2026:

  • Invitations: a brand asks for an invitation on atrium.money; we review the request and send the invitation by email.
  • Sign-in: merchants sign in at atrium.money/start with an email and password, or with Google.
  • Store creation: when a brand is approved, the platform creates its store: an address on atrium.money and its own separate database.
  • Merchant dashboard: at app.atrium.money, a brand works through its setup checklist and manages its products, orders and store details.
  • Store page: each store's address shows a “coming soon” page until the store opens.

In development and planned

In development (partly built, not switched on for any store):

  • The shopper side: product pages, cart and checkout, with payments going to the brand's own Razorpay account, and cash on delivery where the brand allows it.
  • Delivery charges, and shipping through the brand's own Shiprocket account.
  • GST tax invoices, and credit notes for returns.
  • Atrium AI: asking for a change to the store in plain words, then approving it. It isn't available to merchants yet.
  • Billing for Atrium's own subscription.

Planned (not built yet): brands inviting other brands, and an installable merchant app for phones.

One platform, many independent stores

Every Atrium store runs on the same software. When a brand joins, we set up its store through configuration, not a separate codebase: its name and address, its products, its checkout and delivery rules, and its own payment and courier accounts.

Each store keeps its data in its own database, apart from every other store. When we improve Atrium, every store gets the improvement. When a brand asks for something new, we add it to the platform, usually as an option any store can switch on.

Price and business model

Atrium is a monthly subscription: ₹13,500 a month + GST, one plan, by invitation. A brand pays its payment gateway's fees, courier charges, WhatsApp and SMS messages and its domain name directly to those providers.

We sell the software as a subscription. We don't sell development projects or consulting.

Who runs Atrium
