1. Who this covers

Atrium provides an ecommerce platform for merchants. This notice describes information handled through atrium.money, Atrium accounts, merchant dashboards and communications with Atrium.

A merchant's store has its own relationship with its shoppers. The merchant's privacy notice explains how that merchant uses shopper information. Atrium processes store information to provide the merchant's service; this notice does not replace a store's policies.

2. Information we handle

  • Invitation requests: brand name and email, plus a WhatsApp number, current website or social profile, referral details and message if you provide them.
  • Accounts and onboarding: name, email, sign-in and verification records, business details, store handle, organisation membership and roles.
  • Store operations: catalogue, media, policies, staff access and, when a store uses commerce features, order, customer, shipping and payment-related records.
  • Support and billing: messages and attachments you send, support history, and billing or transaction references associated with your service.
  • Technical records: IP address, browser and request information, security events, error reports and activity records needed to operate and protect the platform.

What is processed depends on which services you use and what you submit. Please do not put passwords, payment secrets or unnecessary sensitive personal information in support messages or attachments.

3. Google sign-in

If you choose Google sign-in, Atrium receives your Google account identifier, name, email address, email-verification information and profile picture when provided. These details are used to create or identify your Atrium account, authenticate you and protect account access. Sign-in credentials and records are handled by Atrium's authentication service.

This sign-in flow does not request access to your Gmail mailbox, Google Drive files, contacts or calendar, and Atrium does not receive your Google password. Choosing Google sign-in does not itself authorise an integration with those services.

You can remove Atrium's connection in your Google Account connections. Removing that connection does not automatically delete your Atrium account or records already held by Atrium; contact us for an account or data request.

4. How information is used

Information is used to respond to invitation requests; set up accounts and stores; enforce roles and permissions; provide the store features you use; deliver verification, service and support communications; manage billing; investigate errors, fraud and abuse; and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations.

If you choose an AI-assisted feature, the instructions and relevant context supplied to that feature may be processed to answer or carry out your request. Google sign-in is an identity feature, not permission to access additional Google services for AI features.

5. Sharing and service providers

Information may be handled by Atrium personnel and service providers supporting hosting, network security, authentication, email, support, diagnostics and billing. A store's enabled payment, shipping or other integrations receive the information needed for those services. Access also depends on the organisation and store roles assigned to an account.

When an AI-assisted feature uses an external model provider, its relevant instructions and context may be sent to that provider. Do not submit information you are not authorised to share.

We may disclose information when required by applicable law or to investigate and address fraud, abuse or threats to the service. Third-party services, including Google and a store's payment or shipping provider, have their own privacy notices.

6. Cookies and local storage

Atrium uses cookies and related browser storage for sign-in, verification, security and continuing an onboarding flow. The website also saves your light or dark appearance preference in local storage.

You can clear or block cookies and local storage in your browser. Doing so may sign you out or prevent sign-in and onboarding from working. Removing browser data does not delete records stored by Atrium.

7. Storage and retention

Information is stored and processed through Atrium's infrastructure and service providers. Processing locations may differ by service and provider; this notice does not promise that all information remains in a particular country.

Retention depends on the information and its purpose, including providing the service, security, resolving disputes and applicable financial or legal recordkeeping. Account closure does not necessarily remove records that must be retained, or immediately remove copies from backups.

Access controls and other technical protections are used to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and requests

You may ask about your information, request access or correction, or request account closure or deletion by contacting Atrium. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting. Requests are handled subject to applicable law and any records we must retain; this notice does not promise a fixed response or deletion deadline.

If your request concerns a purchase from a merchant's store, contact that merchant first. A merchant controls its customer relationship and store records, and Atrium may need the merchant's instructions to act on a store-data request.

9. Updates to this notice

We may update this notice. The latest revision date is shown above. Where required, Atrium will provide additional notice of material changes.
